How many sessions are required?

Usually two sessions give both of us a “feel” for progress made and new insights that you gain regarding your situation. My goal is to give you tools and techniques during our first session that will provide you with a calm resourcefulness, which means you are already in a different mind and feeling state giving you inner strength and an inspired sense of hope for creating solutions to having a better life!

Depending on your commitment and the strength of your desire to change, we work as a team, with my ongoing support especially for the deeper issues that may take a few sessions to resolve as you develop a sense of safety and feel supported. 

What are the costs?

The first session is R600 paid in cash on the day of our appointment, which is usually about two hours.

Once we have established a rapport and you experience the benefits of working with me reduced rates may apply depending on the number of sessions you book and pay in advance by EFT.

Session times?

As I work from home, I can be reasonably flexible and offer session times during the day and outside of work hours, including Saturdays. I offer Sunday mornings by special appointment.

What can you expect during our first session?

The aim of the first session is to gather information about the problems that you are struggling with and mutually we decide what to prioritise and work on. You are also introduced to a relaxing hypnosis session that has the intention to show you how resourceful you are in a calm and relaxed state, so that you can begin to find new solutions to the problems in your life.

Some preparation is needed from your side before our first session, so make some to think about the “problem state” and expand your thoughts to the kind of emotions/feelings you experience around the problem… the people and/or the situations that may trigger the unwanted feelings, thoughts and emotions.

It’s also ok if you are feeling overwhelmed and confused and don’t know where to start…we will find a starting point!
